He has dedicated over 16 years to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has over 25 years of martial arts experience. Coach Foster is known as one of the most technical and detail oriented instructors in the Seattle metropolitan area. His BJJ linage can be traced back to both the Carlos and Helio Gracie sides of the infamous Gracie family.
