1/1/07 Lesson Plan

I hope you all had a safe New Years, and I wish you all a prosperous 2007. Here's our first lesson plan of the New Year!

Techniques/Drills:

• Basic back escape guidelines (Tuck chin and protect your neck/arms)
• Back escape #1 (Escape to side control)
• Back escape #2 (Cross arm and turn inside guard)
• Body triangle escape #1

Hopefully we will have time to cover all of this!
